The Govt of punjab has initiated the heritage festival concept in the year 2003. This year the festival schedule is from November 18 to 23 , 2004. The festival will be organised by Dy. Commisioner of Amritsar as president of Amritsar Heritage Society and INTACH( A ngo called National Trust of Art Cultural and Heritage). it is important to mention here that Capt Amrinder Singh is the National Chairman of INTACH. The entire financial help will be provided by Govt of Punjab on the behalf of INTACH.
