We all know that Satguru Angad Dev Ji used to produce strings for weaving cots and he did not do shopkeeping or business but service as the people of SHOODAR VARN do.
 
Satguru Angad Dev Ji produced high quality food at Langar but He and his family did not eat Langar but simple food at their own home.
 
Even the sons were instructed not to eat.
 
Why?
 
Now a days, Khatris of Amritsar take Langar almost every day and they are the first to be sitting upfront in Gurdwara.
